OPTIONAL TOUCH, SHARED CHOICES
Decide what feels welcome before planning a ritual.
A quiet moment together can begin with a question: would you like conversation, affection, or some space? The Touch Rituals Confidence Kit is a digital guide for consenting adults who want a short, structured way to explore preferences and optional touch. Its worksheets give you places to plan and reflect. Each person keeps the choice about whether to take part.
Our own digital guide, sold through our store. The listing shows $9.95 for one 12-page PDF, checked October 1, 2026. Confirm currency, final total, delivery, and purchase terms before paying.
CHOOSE IT FOR THE RIGHT REASON
Useful when you both want a little structure.
This kit may fit if you already feel comfortable saying yes, no, or “something different,” and would like a packaged set of short activities. Its particular focus is optional touch, preferences, and noticing the circumstances around an experience. For broader conversation prompts, compare our Couples Reset Pack guide instead. You do not need both.
Ask whether your partner actually wants this before buying it for a shared activity. Interest in a guide never creates an obligation to touch, share private feelings, or continue an exercise. Reading it on your own can help you consider your preferences; it cannot tell you what another person wants.
WHAT THE STORE LISTS
A short PDF with activities and reusable worksheets.
A starting card and seven-day sequence
The First-Night Quick Start Card and 7-Day Reconnection Challenge provide a starting point. The listing suggests 5–10 minutes per day. Treat that as a planning estimate, with room to pause or skip a day.
Three tracks and communication prompts
The named tracks are Soft & Sweet, Flirty & Playful, and Bold & Confident. A Communication Cheatsheet is also listed. Track names are options to consider together; they do not establish what either person has agreed to do.
Two reflection worksheets
The Weekly Sensation & Comfort Tracker and “Best Night” Recipe Worksheet offer places to record preferences and circumstances you may want to revisit. You can leave any field blank and keep your notes private.
Longer planning options
The listing includes a 30-Day Reset Plan and optional 60-Day Deep Reset guidance. These are planning timeframes. They are not deadlines for feeling differently or reasons to keep doing an unwanted activity.
The listed download is Touch_Rituals_Confidence_Kit.pdf, 159.4 kB, described as print-friendly and mobile-friendly. All tools are listed within one PDF. No physical product is included.
Plan the first session around choice.
Use this simple preparation checklist whether you buy the kit or choose a free resource:
- Make an invitation. Ask whether a brief shared activity sounds welcome. Offer another day, a conversation-only option, or no activity at all.
- Read before choosing. Look at the instructions together. Agree on the specific activity, what is off limits, and how either person can stop. Consent can change at any point.
- Keep the ending open. An agreed activity carries no expectation of anything further. Silence or uncertainty is a reason to check in, not permission to continue.
- Choose what to record. A useful note might describe timing, privacy, or a preference. Agree where notes will be kept. Do not turn a tracker into a score of your partner’s willingness.
If an activity feels uncomfortable or unwanted, stop. If either person feels afraid or pressured, put safety before a joint exercise and seek appropriate support. A worksheet cannot make an unsafe situation suitable for shared practice.
Consider the time as well as the price.
At the listing’s suggested 5–10 minutes a day, seven sessions would take about 35–70 minutes, plus reading and setup. That is an estimate from the stated schedule, not a required commitment. Printing also uses paper and ink; keeping the PDF on a device avoids that expense.
A ready-made sequence may be worth $9.95 if choosing and organizing prompts is the part you keep postponing. It still takes time to read, ask, listen, and decide what fits. Buying another download you will not open adds expense without removing those tasks.
Try our free pressure-free conversation guide for a first discussion, or the free weekly check-in worksheet for reflection. A private notebook works too: write one preference, one boundary, and one invitation. If that is enough structure, keep using it.
Questions before buying
Is touch required?
No. The listing describes optional touch exercises for consenting adults. Either person may decline, pause, or stop. A conversation-only choice is valid.
Is the PDF editable or fillable?
The listing specifies a print-friendly, mobile-friendly PDF and printable worksheets. It does not confirm interactive form fields. Do not assume you can type directly into every worksheet.
What does the kit promise?
It provides educational activities and planning tools. It cannot guarantee confidence, connection, agreement, or any particular response. It does not include individualized counseling or medical care.
Can I get a refund?
The store’s current refunds policy says digital sales are generally final after delivery, subject to applicable law and payment-provider terms. Read that policy and the checkout terms before purchasing.
